If you feel uncomfortable, you're growing.
Many times, we often mistake discomfort for "unhappiness," but in fact....It could be a sign that you're "moving on the right path."
Here are some examples of uncomfortable feelings and short descriptions that indicate that you are growing up.
1. Repeating old problems → is not a failure, but an opportunity to understand the root of the problem.
2. The feeling of getting lost → is that you really start living with the present.
3.Left brain blurred → because you are using the right brain more (intuition-creativity)
4. Emotional explosion is easy → is something that pops up to make you "accept and heal."
5. Big changes in life → Moving home, giving up work, or ending a relationship can be a sign of a new beginning.
6. Want to be more alone → Because you are balancing your life, not getting out of trouble
7. Fewer friends → You start to choose to live with good energy. Not negative people.
8. The original dream is broken → to make way for a new truth that suits you better.
9. Feel that the idea is the enemy → the point where you start to see yourself as "in control of the idea."
10. Uncertainty → Because old illusions are breaking up and the real self is coming out.
11. Want to speak for yourself more → not stubbornness, but to begin to respect and love yourself.
12. Recognize that happiness depends on itself → may be scary, but is the first step towards independence.
These feelings may be uncomfortable, but they are actually "signs that you are changing and growing."
I wish everyone a good Friday. ✨
