I came across these adorable, quirky little characters – some people call them 'goobers' or 'goobsonas' – and it was an instant INHALE moment for me. My mind immediately went, 'SO.... I need one of these!' For those who might be wondering, what exactly is a goobersona? Well, from my perspective, it's like a personalized, often whimsical, avatar or character that represents you or a mood you're in. They're usually simple, expressive, and packed with personality. I think that's why I'm so drawn to them – they're just pure, unadulterated fun and a fantastic way to express yourself without needing to be an expert artist. It’s definitely a trend I’m obsessed with, and seeing all the unique creations out there on platforms like Pinterest just sparked my own imagination. My creative process usually starts with a burst of inspiration. After my initial excitement, I always get this kind of anxious 'SO....' feeling, wondering where to even begin. But for my goobersona, I decided to just go with the flow. I started thinking about what colors and features I love. I pictured a cute little cartoon character, maybe with some distinctive traits.
