ð Hello, Lemon Gang. ð
This time, Chop intended to review the first work done after graduation.
That's BTS ð station officer (SP).
It's been done for 1 year now. Fast as a lie. ðĨđ
For merits / clauses to consider in our personal view.
ð advantages ð
- Work has clear boundaries. Every position has its own duties.
- Work ends day-to-day. There's definitely no panting at home.
- Get off work on time exactly (get to the job must be straight)
- Job security is very high.
- There are promotion exams every year.
- Base salary hikes every year. Up to 6%.
- Bonus 2 times a year, 3-4 months total (year 68, 4 months total)
- 10 days of vacation, excluding other holidays
- You can trade your favorite shift with your friend.
- Free use of BTS 4 lines, save travel expenses
âïļ to consider âïļ
- Relatively few starting base salary (only base water)
- There are many shifts. You have to manage your bedtime well.
- Since it's a big organization, the rules may be a little more.
- First, sign a 1-year contract. If issued before the contract, there will be a fine.
More ð. Work for 6 days, 2 days off. The holidays will continue. Each month there will be more holidays to wear by yourself for 1-2 days (excluding vacation days). In total, one month we have stopped for 8-10 days.
Repeat that! This is just our personal view.
