Day 13- Walking in Spiritual Disciplines

This January Challenge is one that will grow you in Christ, in his word, in his presence, and help you move your body!

Everyday I challenge you to get in at least a 30 minute walk or move your body in some way for 30 minutes. Each challenge can be done while you’re moving your body.

If you have an empty journal/notebook grab that for the month to write out scriptures and prayers. You can look back at this journal to see your progress for the month. I know that starting a new routine is hard, but encourage you to pray over yourself daily thanking God for helping you to be disciplined in those areas where you find keeping a routine to be hard.

I pray this challenge helps me and you to learn to seek God more and take everything in our lives to him.

Each step becomes an opportunity for reflection—think of someone to bless with an act of kindness today. Repent from past moments lacking kindness and commit to making positive changes in your interactions. This challenge not only enhances physical well-being but also nurtures your spiritual journey by drawing you closer to God. Document your insights in a journal, tracking both spiritual reflections and personal progress. Remember, kindness isn’t just an action, but a reflection of God’s love in our lives. Embrace these daily reflections to cultivate a more compassionate heart, lifting both yourself and those around you in spiritual discipline.
