Day 21-Walking in Spiritual Disciplines
This January Challenge is one that will grow you in Christ, in his word, in his presence, and help you move your body!
Everyday I challenge you to get in at least a 30 minute walk or move your body in some way for 30 minutes. Each challenge can be done while you’re moving your body.
If you have an empty journal/notebook grab that for the month to write out scriptures and prayers. You can look back at this journal to see your progress for the month. I know that starting a new routine is hard, but encourage you to pray over yourself daily thanking God for helping you to be disciplined in those areas where you find keeping a routine to be hard.
I pray this challenge helps me and you to learn to seek God more and take everything in our lives to him.

Embarking on a spiritual challenge, especially one like a 31-day journey, can truly be a game-changer for your faith. I’ve found that having a structured plan helps immensely when I’m aiming for deeper spiritual growth. It's not just about setting a goal; it's about intentionally cultivating habits that draw you closer to God. Many of us search for ways to revitalize our spiritual lives, and a '21 day challenge for spiritual growth' or a '31 day challenge' provides that much-needed framework. Beyond the spiritual aspect, I've discovered the incredible power of 'Malking in Piritual' – integrating physical movement into my spiritual routine. It's not just about a daily 30-minute walk; it's about using that time for reflection, prayer, and listening. As I walk, I often find clarity in my thoughts and feel more connected to the Holy Spirit. This isn't just exercise; it's an active form of meditation and prayer. I've noticed that when my body is moving, my mind often feels freer to engage with spiritual truths, leading to a deeper 'understanding.' Building 'Discipfines' in our spiritual lives can feel daunting, but a challenge breaks it down into manageable steps. For me, that means consistently opening my Bible, even if it's just for a few verses, and dedicating time to prayer. Keeping a journal is also a crucial part of this. It’s a space to record scriptures that resonate, pour out my heart in prayer, and track the small victories and insights I gain each day. Looking back at my journal, I can clearly see the progression and how God has been working in my life, which is incredibly encouraging. One of the most profound outcomes of committing to such a challenge is finding a profound sense of 'Peace'. In our busy lives, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, but carving out dedicated time for spiritual practices brings a calm that permeates everything else. This peace isn't just the absence of turmoil; it's an inner stillness that comes from trusting God more deeply and continually seeking His presence. It’s amazing how focusing on spiritual growth can help quiet the anxieties of the world. If you're considering a 'spiritual challenge' for yourself, remember that consistency is key, but grace is paramount. Don't be discouraged if you miss a day; just pick up where you left off. Find an accountability partner, or simply talk to God about your intentions. This journey is about progress, not perfection. Embrace the process of planting seeds of spiritual discipline and watch them blossom into a richer, more vibrant faith life. Every step, every prayer, every moment of reflection contributes to a deeper understanding of God's love and purpose for you.
