Day 28- Walking in Spiritual Disciplines
This January Challenge is one that will grow you in Christ, in his word, in his presence, and help you move your body!
Everyday I challenge you to get in at least a 30 minute walk or move your body in some way for 30 minutes. Each challenge can be done while you’re moving your body.
If you have an empty journal/notebook grab that for the month to write out scriptures and prayers. You can look back at this journal to see your progress for the month. I know that starting a new routine is hard, but encourage you to pray over yourself daily thanking God for helping you to be disciplined in those areas where you find keeping a routine to be hard.
I pray this challenge helps me and you to learn to seek God more and take everything in our lives to him.

As the 28th day of the 31-day walking challenge unfolds, reflect on the importance of boldness derived from the Spirit. The accompanying scripture, Proverbs 28:1, reminds us that the righteous are as bold as a lion. This daily practice not only improves physical health through 30 minutes of movement but also strengthens your spiritual muscles. Prayer during your walk can help identify areas in your life where you need courage. Boldness involves stepping out in faith, whether that means sharing your beliefs with others or making life changes that align with your values. Record your thoughts and prayers in your journal, allowing this discipline to enhance your spiritual growth. Remember, seeking God and bringing your concerns to Him is vital in developing a faith-filled life. Let this challenge empower you to tackle each day with renewed vitality and spirit.
