Easy Bagel recipe

Overall rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS!!!

These bagels are SO EASY to make. Quick, yummy, and healthy using REAL ingredients!! You know exactly what’s in them so you can feel good about eating them! Around 160 cals and 10 grams protein per bagel. This recipe makes 6 bagels.

THE 4 INGREDIENTS:

•2 cups flour

•1 teaspoon baking soda*

•1/2 teaspoon salt

•1 1/2 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt

*no need for baking soda if you are using self rising flour.

DIRECTIONS:

1) In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

2) Add yogurt to the bowl and mix to create a dough.

3) Knead dough, adding some flour throughout if dough is too sticky.

4) Roll dough into 6 even balls. Form each ball into a bagel shape using your fingers or a knife to create the middle hole.

5) Brush egg wash on top. Add toppings of your choice. I used chocolate chips, everything bagel seasoning, and cinnamon sugar.

6) Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, checking periodically at the 20 minute mark. Take out of oven when tops look golden brown. My batch cooked for 25 minutes and were perfect!
