Lets make a sourdough starter!
In a mason jar, add 1/3 cup of flour. Mix in room temperature filtered water until pancake batter consistency. Scrape the sides to the best of your ability. Cover with a paper towel. Come back for day two to learn how to feed your starter. Don't forget a name! What should we name her?
