Day 25 — The Greatest Gift Has Come

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”

Reflection

Today we pause to reflect on the greatest gift humanity has ever received: Jesus Christ. God did not send a concept, a philosophy, or a distant solution—He sent His Son. Born in humility, wrapped in flesh, and laid in a manger, Jesus entered the world to bring salvation, hope, and restoration.

The world often defines gifts by their size, cost, or appearance. God defines a gift by its sacrifice. Jesus came not just to be admired, but to redeem. His birth set in motion the fulfillment of every promise God had spoken—light breaking into darkness, peace entering a broken world, and grace reaching those who could never earn it.

Christmas reminds us that God keeps His promises. When life feels uncertain or delayed, the manger stands as proof that God is always on time. The Savior has come—and because of Him, we are never without hope.

Lord, thank You for the gift of Your Son. Help me never lose the wonder of the manger or the power of Your love displayed through Jesus. Let my heart stay centered on Him—not just today, but every day. Amen.
