Scripture: Philippians 2:3
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”
Humility is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking of yourself less. The world teaches us to promote ourselves, but Christ demonstrated a different path. He humbled Himself and served others. Fruit grows when we choose God’s way over our pride. As we surrender our need to be recognized, honored, or always right, the Holy Spirit develops humility within us. A humble heart reflects the character of Jesus.
