My work week and how much I’ve made this week!

This week has been SO busy! It just work wise, but life wises my husband is working nights this week, and it’s throwing us off. I cleaned for 3 customers this week and my total bring home was $540. Not a ton, but not bad either, especially for the amount of work I did. Some weeks are like that and some I bring home a lot more. Part of being the owner and operator of a cleaning business I suppose.

I cleaned for my sister this week and we went for lunch after and got to visit which was nice.

That bruise is 2 weeks old and happened as I tried to jump down from a counter after cleaning at another customers house and banged my leg on the way down. 😬

Working on getting June lined out and simply can’t believe we are almost halfway through this year! Time flies y’all! 🤯

This week, I managed to clean for three clients and brought home $540, a decent amount considering the efforts involved. Some weeks are busier than others, and it's common in the cleaning industry to see fluctuations in income. As a business owner, one of the keys to success is adaptability; adjusting to moments when work is less busy while also capitalizing on the peak times. Don't underestimate the impact of networking and providing excellent service, which often leads to referrals that can boost earnings in quieter weeks. Also, connecting with clients on a personal level enhances your relationship and makes the job more fulfilling. For instance, I got to catch up with my sister during lunch after cleaning her house, which is always a welcome break. It's not just about the numbers; building valuable connections is a significant aspect of owning a business. With summer approaching, it's important to strategize on how to remain busy and maintain a steady income. Planning ahead can help leverage opportunities that come with the season.
