Natural Products Helping with my Pregnancy Journey

Looking back at my last two pregnancies (second and third photos), both ended in C-sections. With the first, I now see that things could have been different—I was misinformed about my options and emotionally guided toward what was easiest and most profitable for the system, not necessarily what was best for my body.

That realization changed me.

As I prepared my body for my next season of motherhood, I began asking better questions. I researched. I slowed down. I paid attention to what my body was asking for—and I made intentional lifestyle shifts to support it from the inside out.

One of the biggest changes? Supporting my body at a foundational level.

Since doing that, I’ve noticed such a difference:

• No round ligament pain

• Less pelvic soreness

• Walking feels easier

• More steady energy

• Digestion that actually works (no constipation 🙌)
