Learn to enjoy silence

It’s hard to let things rest, allow the stillness or hope things are still growing without your hand hovering over it.

When did control become love?

Let go. Give Him the wheel.

What does that look like?

Don’t think on it.

Write it or express it out and leave it there.

Don’t pick it back up to run through every scenario in your mind.

Leave it be.

Rest your mind.

Be still.

If He made the whole world, don’t know think He has a solution for your situation too?

It allows us to step back from the chaos of life and reflect on our thoughts and feelings. When we are still, we create space for self-discovery and spiritual insight. Silence can help us connect deeper with our feelings and cultivate a sense of awareness. It can also open the door to greater appreciation of the world around us. Many people find that during their quiet moments, creativity flows more freely. It’s in these instances that ideas often come to fruition. Allowing oneself to simply “be” can unlock hidden potentials. Furthermore, silence can enhance our connection with the divine. In many religious practices, stillness prepares the heart and mind for divine conversation, offering clarity to our prayers and reflections. By surrendering to silence, we can trust that solutions and guidance will come in their due time. Just as nature goes through cycles of quiet growth, so can we during our moments of peace. Remember, sometimes it’s in the silence that we hear the loudest truths.
