❄️Artificial happiness, or as I like to call it, bottled happiness is usually found on a shelf. It’s a short term serotonin boost that often is followed by a mood dip. Such as feeling the need to purchase a new item for a mood spike rather than addressing what’s causing those feelings. Retail bandaids are a dangerous game.
