It’s so healing getting the time & opportunity to do what I love with my favorite people! @Glo💜 @Lady Fines

VD: a video montage of Lindsay a white woman with long blonde hair flying down to Florida to model for lady fines while staying with her fellow disabled besties and models. Clips of the plane ride, shopping in ulta with her friends, doing a wheelchair train, modeling, and hugging her friends. On screen text “and just like that I’m back to loving life again”.
Traveling as a disabled person can be challenging, but it’s incredibly rewarding when combined with passion and community support. From my own experiences, flying to new places with friends who truly understand your journey helps create a sense of belonging and empowerment. Adaptive fashion plays a crucial role in boosting confidence, making every outfit feel both stylish and functional, especially during activities like modeling. Disability awareness has grown substantially, allowing for more inclusive events and supportive environments. Being part of a group that celebrates girlhood, disability, and resilience—as Lindsay does with her besties—brings healing and joy. Small moments, like shopping at Ulta or sharing a wheelchair train, symbolize independence and camaraderie that all disabled individuals treasure. I’ve found that embracing my unique lifestyle, often called spoonie life, encourages me to cherish the good days and share them with people who lift each other up. Just like the phrase in the video, “And just like that I’m back to loving life again,” these moments recharge the spirit and reinforce that disability is not a limitation, but a distinct and beautiful way of experiencing the world.
