1. **Clarity Over Chaos** – My brain fog might be loud, but my plan is louder.

2. **Tiny Wins Matter** – Small goals are still victories when your body’s fighting battles no one can see.

3. **Energy = Limited** – Planning lets me spend my energy wisely, not wastefully.

4. **Mental Health Check-In** – Writing goals = checking in with myself before the world checks in on me.

5. **Progress > Perfection** – Even if I only hit one goal, I’m still moving forward.

6. **Reduces Overwhelm** – Chronic illness brings unpredictability. Weekly goals bring structure.

7. **Empowerment Ritual** – It’s not “just a list,” it’s me taking control of my life—even when my body won’t cooperate.

8. **Track My Patterns** – Writing it down helps me notice flare-up triggers and energy highs/lows.
