It's Been Awhile, How is Everyone?
So lately I've been struggling with my mental and physical health. I haven't had the motivation to post on my main account, and have been posting on my side accounts as a coping skill. Hopefully soon I'll be back to posting on my regular accounts. I also want to do another Livestream soon, so I'm hoping I'll have the motivation to do that!
Some updates: I am up and walking unassisted again! It's absolutely amazing! It make me wonder why I'm so unhappy... I have my legs back, but I don't have the energy to use them. Not to mention my POTS has been DEBILITATING lately. I can't even sit up without having issues. I feel lightheaded, sick, achy, and brain fogged when I try to move at all. Even moving my arms has been setting it off. I'm hoping that these symptoms clear up soon, as I don't even know what's causing them, unless I've been sick (like with a cold) longer than I thought I have.
But that's my update. Aside from the fact that I have been OBSESSED with Blue Lock (the anime) lately. I hope everyone is having an amazing day/night, and I wish everyone an amazing weekend!

In today's fast-paced world, mental and physical health challenges are increasingly common. Many individuals struggle with conditions such as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), which can significantly impact daily life. It's essential to acknowledge these challenges and seek support, whether through social media or community forums. Online platforms provide a space for individuals to share experiences, receive encouragement, and find motivation to persevere despite obstacles. Engaging with supportive communities greatly benefits those dealing with chronic illness or mental health issues. Utilizing side accounts to express feelings and document personal journeys can offer therapeutic relief and foster connections with others who face similar struggles. Meanwhile, hobbies such as watching empowering shows like Blue Lock can serve as a welcome distraction, inspiring creativity and aspiration in difficult times. Recovery is often non-linear; it's important to celebrate small victories, like regaining the ability to walk unassisted. Documenting these milestones not only aids personal reflection but also helps to inspire others in similar situations. So, whether it’s through heartfelt blog posts, live streams, or sharing favorite anime, finding ways to express oneself and build a support system is vital for overall well-being.
