Beauty Favorites That I No Longer Use

... Read moreAs we evolve in our skincare journeys, it's common to phase out products that we once considered essential. Many users find that their skin's needs change due to lifestyle adjustments, seasonal changes, or even different skin concerns. For instance, while COSRX products like the Snail Mucin Essence are beloved for their hydrating and repairing qualities, some may opt for formulations that offer lighter textures or address specific issues like sensitivity. When considering toners, it's essential to focus on ingredients that meet your current skincare requirements. Products with ceramides and hydrating elements, such as those from The Face Shop, can enhance moisture without overwhelming the skin. As many enthusiasts shift to minimalist routines, identifying what truly benefits your skin is crucial. Remember, it’s not about discarding favorites; rather, it's about adapting to what feels best for your skin now. Additionally, if you’re using active ingredients like Adapalene, hydration should take priority to maintain skin barrier health. Feel free to share your own experiences and toss in your favorite alternatives that cater to your skin's ever-changing needs.

Do your research! Most snail mucin products now are basically dead snails that you’re putting on your face!!😫 I was using it before too but I’m currently in school for skincare… our professor grossed us all out😂
