Weight loss journey
Back in August 2024, I had weighed in at 235. Terrible. I was gross, over weight, exhausted all the time, didn’t feel beautiful, my clothes didn’t fit me anymore. Had to spend money on clothes that would fit me…
Over the course of 8 months, I was diagnosed with anxiety. It was so bad. My doctor put me on meds for it and they seem to work fine. I still get anxiety, but not as bad. Unfortunately, I was still under a lot of stress. I started losing weight..
The stress, anxiety, and lack of eating, along with going for walks, and the job I had at the time, my weight started to drop fairly fast. Some friends were a little concerned with my health but I assured them I was fine.
As of today, I have lost 54lbs. I currently weigh 182. I think I look great! I eat healthier, stay active to keep the weight off, because I know that I could gain all that weight back. I want to lose another 20-25lbs. I haven’t been this small in a very long time. I’m starting to love myself more. I feel beautiful, and I decided to change up my style since I had to buy new clothes that are smaller than what I had 😆
I donated all the bigger clothes I owned, and I even got the confidence to wear heels!! I can’t wait til summer
