Underrated productivity apps you need!👩🏻‍💻

These are some of the underrated you need to download if you want to increase your productivity!

🌸Concepts is a flexible space to think, plan and create. Every beautiful stroke on the infinite canvas is an editable vector, which makes copying, tweaking, and sharing fast and fluid. It's like pencil and paper, only better.

🌸Todoist is the world's #1 task manager and to-do list app for professionals and small businesses. With a simple tap, you can add tasks, set reminders, enjoy multiple views such as calendar, list, and board, filter tasks by work and/or personal life and collaborate with your team on projects.

... Read moreOkay, so I've been seeing a lot of buzz about productivity apps, and while the article mentioned Concepts and Todoist, I really want to dive deeper into why Concepts, especially when paired with an iPad and a good stylus, is an absolute game-changer for my creative and organizational life. For anyone with an iPad looking to elevate their digital drawing, sketching, and planning, this is for you! First off, let's talk about the Concepts app's interface. It’s incredibly intuitive once you get the hang of it. You're presented with an infinite canvas – yes, *infinite*! This means I never run out of space for my ideas. I can zoom in for intricate details or zoom out to see the bigger picture of my project. The toolbar on the side or bottom (you can customize its placement!) holds a fantastic array of brushes, pens, and tools. What I love most is that every stroke is an editable vector. This has saved me countless times when I need to tweak a line or reshape an element without starting over. It truly feels like working with traditional pen and paper, but with superpowers. Using a stylus with Concepts completely unlocks its potential. For drawing, it's unparalleled. Whether I'm free-hand sketching a new design idea for a project, illustrating small doodles for my digital journal, or even just taking handwritten notes, the precision and pressure sensitivity of the stylus make it feel so natural. I've found it perfect for creating mind maps during brainstorming sessions for work or study. I can quickly jot down thoughts, connect them with arrows, and then reorganize everything with a simple tap and drag. It's so much more dynamic than a static notebook. Beyond pure drawing, Concepts excels as a planning app. Imagine having all your weekly task lists, project outlines, and mood boards in one flexible space. I often use different layers – one for the initial sketch, another for ink, and a third for annotations or highlights. This keeps my workspace incredibly organized. When I'm planning out my content calendar, for example, I can visually lay out my ideas for each day or week, adding sketches to represent themes and text for specific tasks. Then, if I need to move a task, I just select it with the lasso tool and drag it to a new spot. This visual planning helps me stay on top of everything. And here's a little bonus tip: while Concepts handles the visual brainstorming and creative tasks, I still rely heavily on Todoist for my daily task management. Once I’ve planned out my day or week visually in Concepts, I'll then transfer the actionable steps into Todoist. This way, Concepts becomes my creative hub, and Todoist is my execution engine. Together, they create a super-efficient workflow. If you're struggling to find apps that truly boost your productivity and creativity, especially if you have an iPad and stylus, I highly recommend giving Concepts a thorough try. You might just find your new favorite way to sketch, plan, and organize!
