Is the Switch 2 worth the upgrade?
Iāve been using both side by side and the difference really comes down to how you play. The older Switch is still perfectly fine for casual gaming and cozy titles, capped at 60 fps with less storage. The newer model feels smoother overall with up to 120 fps support in compatible games, a much bigger 256 GB base storage, and slightly better performance if you play a lot or download many games. If you mostly play occasionally and already have the first one, the upgrade isnāt mandatory. But if gaming is a daily thing for you and you want smoother visuals and more space without thinking about it, the upgrade actually makes sense
