Thankful Thursday
There was a time when all I had was ideas.
Ideas written on scraps of paper.
Ideas in notebooks.
Ideas that never seemed to connect.
Today, I look at this image and I’m reminded that none of this happened overnight.
It was built one conversation…
one lesson…
one setback…
one victory…
one act of faith…
and one grateful day at a time.
People often ask what V3 stands for.
Yes…
Vision. Value. Victory.
But over the last year I’ve realized something even deeper.

Victory is watching someone believe in themselves again.
