Strawberry Matcha Latte 🍓🍵
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of matcha powder
Strawberry puree
Milk of your choice
Sweetener of your choice
Boiled spring water
Ice
Instructions:
1. Boil water should be around 110 degrees.
2. Sift match powder into the matcha bowl.
3. Pour water into the bowl and whisk vigorously.
4. Add sweetener like simple syrup to the matcha and whisk until combined.
5. Add ice to a cup add strawberry puree, then add milk, next add the matcha.
To make the strawberry puree take 6 berries and 1 tablespoon of sugar and muddle them together until strawberries macerate. Set aside.
For a simple syrup just add water and sugar let it boil down, cool and store in the fridge.
