South Laos 🇱🇦 three days and two nights with the co-fate.
These are little atmospheres on the journey between 29 September and 1 October 2025.
The 2nd hiking experience feels very difficult. When going to the waterfall, why is it really difficult? Hahahahaha It's good to decide the right place to deposit a bag and a bag.
The way to go is very brutal for me. Maybe with unprepared body. And besides the shoes you wear, don't forget to cut the nails too. 😂 Because the weight is not the same, causing when walking down the water plus the steep way down to the waterfall to bruise the nails (come back to be stripped of the nails). But I try to get to the point of being able to take off because I have to see the eyes, but the final conclusion is fun, complaining, complaining, complaining, complaining, tired. But the baby will swing us beside because I'm exhausted.

จากประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้ ขอแชร์เคล็ดลับเตรียมตัวสำหรับใครที่จะไปลาวใต้แบบ trekking ค่ะ 1. เตรียมร่างกายให้พร้อมอย่างจริงจัง โดยเฉพาะหากจะขึ้นน้ำตกตาดขมึดเส้นทางค่อนข้างชันและลื่นมาก ต้องฝึกเดินบนพื้นที่ไม่เรียบและเน้นความแข็งแรงของขาก่อนเดินทาง 2. รองเท้าเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก ควรเลือกที่กระชับและเหมาะสำหรับเดินป่า ขั้นตอนการตัดเล็บเท้าก็สำคัญไม่แพ้กัน เพื่อป้องกันการเจ็บจากเล็บช้ำ ซึ่งฉันเองก็โดนถอดเล็บหลังกลับมาเลยค่ะ 3. พกขนมและน้ำดื่มติดตัวไว้เสมอ เพื่อเพิ่มพลังให้ร่างกายในวันที่เหนื่อยล้า เพื่อนร่วมทริปช่วยได้เยอะโดยเฉพาะตอนที่รู้สึกหมดแรง 4. หากกลัวความสูงหรือไม่มั่นใจในการเล่นซิปไลน์ ลองแค่เดินชมธรรมชาติรอบๆ น้ำตกตาดฟานก็ยังได้รสสัมผัสความสวยงามและความสงบที่แท้จริง 5. อย่าลืมใช้บริการลูกหาบหากมีสัมภาระเยอะ จะช่วยแบ่งเบาภาระและทำให้เดินทางได้ราบรื่นขึ้น ท้ายที่สุด การร่วมเดินทางกับผู้ร่วมชะตากรรมช่วยเติมเต็มประสบการณ์และสร้างมิตรภาพที่ดี เหมือนเราเป็นกำลังใจให้กันและกันระหว่างทางเหนื่อยๆ การได้เจอกับธรรมชาติอันงดงามและการเอาชนะตัวเอง ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามากๆ สำหรับการผจญภัยครั้งนี้ค่ะ หวังว่าเรื่องเล่านี้จะช่วยให้ใครที่กำลังวางแผนไปลาวใต้มีความพร้อมมากขึ้นและสนุกกับการเดินทางอย่างปลอดภัย!
