At an age when the word "build" is the primary goal, we often look forward to making money to forget that...On the way, we were unknowingly paying "something" out every day.

So that's our own 'rest time' and 'smile'.

Humans like us are strange creatures, like to build packed schedules, like to pressure ourselves to become perfect, and worst of all...We often feel guilty. Just because today we're not acting "Productive."

If you look at "the pussy" at home and think about it like a cat...

Cats never care how many lizards they have to catch today or have to act enthusiastically in exchange for every meal of cat licking candy.

When it's tired, it just leaves itself in a sunny place. When it doesn't want to be disturbed, it just flicks its tail and walks away to find a quiet place.

We're not telling you to throw away all your work and lie on your stomach all day like a cat.

But...Don't forget to keep time as a life gain for yourself to breathe.

The most important task on the day of Burnout's mind is not to spin the project through.

But watering the trees in your heart that are about to wither.

Turn off the screen and go to sleep for the series...

หลายครั้งที่เราหวังจะประสบความสำเร็จในชีวิตการทำงาน จนลืมคำนึงถึงความสำคัญของ "เวลาพักผ่อน" และ "รอยยิ้ม" ที่เป็นเหมือนเชื้อเพลิงที่ช่วยให้เราสามารถเดินทางต่อไปได้อย่างมีแรงใจ ผมเคยตกอยู่ในกับดักของการเป็นคน "ต้องทำงานให้คุ้มค่า" หรือกดดันตัวเองให้อยู่ในระดับที่ "productive" ตลอดเวลา จนทำให้เกิดความเครียดสะสมและรู้สึกผิดที่หยุดพัก ซึ่งในความเป็นจริงแล้ว การพักผ่อนเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เพราะมันช่วยเยียวยาจิตใจและเติมพลังให้กับเราเหมือนที่ "ทฤษฎีแมวๆ" ในบทความนี้เล่าถึงว่า แมวไม่เคยกดดันตัวเองว่าจะต้องทำงานให้ได้มากแค่ไหน พวกมันเพียงแค่รู้จักปล่อยใจไปกับช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกเหนื่อย เพื่อทำให้ตัวเองพร้อมสำหรับวันต่อไป การเรียนรู้ที่จะอนุญาตให้ตัวเองได้พักบ้างในวันที่รู้สึก "หมดไฟ" หรือ Burnout ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเราล้มเหลว แต่มันคือการให้ความสำคัญกับการรดน้ำต้นไม้ใจให้คงความชุ่มชื้น ไม่ให้เหี่ยวเฉา การหยุดพักและหันไปทำกิจกรรมเรียบง่าย อย่างการปิดหน้าจอดูซีรีย์สักตอน หรือใช้เวลานั่งสงบใจอยู่กับตัวเองเป็นหนทางที่ช่วยให้เราสามารถกลับมาสดชื่นและพร้อมลุยต่ออีกครั้ง จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้เรียนรู้มาคือการสร้างสมดุลระหว่าง "งาน" กับ "การพักผ่อน" ต้องให้ความสำคัญพอกัน อย่าปล่อยให้อะไรอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งครอบงำชีวิตจนทำร้ายสุขภาพจิตตัวเอง เมื่อใดที่เราอนุญาตให้ตัวเองมีเวลาพักและรอยยิ้ม ความสุขและความสำเร็จก็จะกลายเป็นของขวัญที่เรามอบให้กับตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง ไม่ใช่แค่ผลตอบแทนจากความเหนื่อยยากที่แลกมาเท่านั้น ดังนั้น อย่าลืมว่าการดูแลใจตนเองคือ "งาน" ที่สำคัญที่สุดเสมอ เพราะมันคือรากฐานที่จะช่วยให้เราก้าวต่อไปบนเส้นทางชีวิตด้วยความสุขและความสำเร็จที่ยั่งยืน
