After graduation, he was a daily employee of the BMA for nearly seven years.

How many times have I never felt discouraged?
The more work + reading
Some days doing OT, after work, have to sit and read and review like that. Tired. Some days run out of energy. Confused. But very happy. ✌🏻
For us, this path is not easy, smiling faces, but a lot of passing.
We are proud of ourselves that we once did it and did it with our ability.
There are no lines.
There are only insulting words that drive to stand at this point.

ประสบการณ์ในการสอบบรรจุเป็นข้าราชการนั้นเป็นเรื่องที่ต้องอาศัยความอดทนและพยายามอย่างมาก จากประสบการณ์ของผู้เขียนที่เล่าไว้ว่า แม้จะสอบ กพ. หลายครั้งแล้วไม่ผ่าน แต่ก็ไม่ได้ทำให้ย่อท้อ ทุก ๆ วันหลังเลิกงานและแม้ทำโอที ก็ยังคงนั่งอ่านหนังสือและทบทวนเนื้อหาเสมอ สิ่งนี้ถือเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีของความตั้งใจและความพยายามที่สม่ำเสมอ นอกจากการเตรียมตัวสอบ ภาระหน้าที่งานในแต่ละวันของลูกจ้างรายวันในหน่วยงานของ กทม. เองก็ค่อนข้างหนัก ต้องทำงานไปด้วยและเตรียมตัวสอบไปด้วย การจัดการเวลาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น การแบ่งเวลาอ่านหนังสือหลังเลิกงานหรือในช่วงเวลาว่าง จึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก สิ่งที่ทำให้เรื่องราวนี้น่าสนใจและโดดเด่น คือความสำเร็จที่ไม่พึ่งพาเส้นสายหรือคอนเน็คชั่น แต่เกิดจากความตั้งใจจริงและการต่อสู้กับคำดูถูกในสังคม หลายคนอาจจะเคยเจอคำวิจารณ์หรือแรงกดดันในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ แต่สามารถเปลี่ยนสิ่งเหล่านี้ให้กลายเป็นแรงผลักดันเพื่อพัฒนาตนเองได้ การได้รับการบรรจุเป็นข้าราชการ กทม. เป็นสิ่งที่สร้างความภูมิใจอย่างยิ่ง เพราะจุดเริ่มต้นคือการเป็นลูกจ้างรายวันที่ต้องต่อสู้กับความล้มเหลวและพยายามใหม่อย่างไม่ลดละ คำแนะนำสำหรับผู้ที่กำลังเตรียมตัวสอบบรรจุราชการ คือ ต้องเตรียมตัวล่วงหน้า มีวินัยในการอ่านหนังสือ และไม่ท้อต่ออุปสรรค การมีครอบครัวและเพื่อนร่วมงานที่ให้กำลังใจเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะช่วยเสริมสร้างกำลังใจให้ไม่ลดละกลางทาง สุดท้ายนี้ เรื่องราวนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าเส้นทางสู่การเป็นข้าราชการนั้นไม่ง่าย แต่ก็ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ไม่สามารถทำได้ หากมีความมุ่งมั่นและพยายามอย่างจริงจังเหมือนกับผู้เขียนที่ได้พิสูจน์แล้วว่า "ทำได้ด้วยความสามารถของตัวเอง" อย่างแท้จริง
