📝 Documents to be prepared

⭐ medical certificate (1 sheet per driver's license, 2 cards, 1 real medical certificate, the other copy and write the correct copy

⭐ ID card.

⭐ old driver's license held.

⭐ QR code (online training case), and anyone who does not train online, the transport will be trained around.

📋 anyone who comes to the second transport to the second floor, there will be an officer checking the papers in front of the room, and after checking the papers, they will get the papers back, they will sign their name and write their phone number, and then they will stand on Channel 2, waiting for a fitness test.

There are 4 fitness tests.

- The first is an eye test. Color blindness. The officer will point us a color board to answer (red, green, yellow) about 3-4 times.

- Second, the wide eye test is 75 degrees from the side. Sit in a chair, put the nostrils between the machines. The staff will press the color button and let us see the color light from the side, so we can answer about 4 times.

- Third, the foot test will test the speed of the brake. We have to sit in a chair and use only the right foot to step on the accelerator until the light is green. If the light is red, step on the brake immediately.

- Finally, it is a deep eye test, looking at the distance from the side, sitting in the exam chair, there is a remote to press the forward and backward button, we have to move the left pole to match the pole on the right.

📸 from the fitness test, get the documents back and walk to the 1st room, wait for the payment. Personal car license costs 505 baht. Personal motorcycle license costs 255 baht. Finished from the payment, get the papers, file the green basket, wait for the photo, get the card, go home. All the talking takes about 20 minutes. Good service and fast.
