✈️ Hello, today I'm going to write about my experience as a former technical intern working in Japan with the Department of Labor through the IM JAPAN organization.

First 🔰, let me explain what the IM JAPAN project is.

It signed a memorandum of understanding for the delivery of Thai apprentices to apprenticeships in Japan's small and medium-sized establishments with the aim of promoting establishment development and personnel development, including encouraging economic cooperation through technology transfer and technical exchange to Thai apprentices. The memorandum of understanding requires the Employment Department to be responsible for the recruitment and selection of trainees, the provision of pre-travel training, and the sending of trainees from Thailand to apprenticeships in Japan.
