Packed Civil Service Employees at 22, Agriculture Department, Doing Crazy
- Hello, today Shopper will review the work that has been done for over a year, that is, government employees, where we are in the position of administrative staff, agriculture department. I would like to say that it is a very diverse job, haha.
- We packed it in February 2024, at the age of 22, which is now Sep 2025. It's a good experience accumulation for a child. (Cut out how difficult it is to get it, haha.)
- When we come to work, we are assigned to receive and send government books. This is the main job. There will be a review for approval, travel to the government, use of government cars, public relations, charitable work forever to see the annual health check-up and many other assignments. 😅
- We are packed in the Pathum Thani Provincial Agricultural Office. There will be many obligations of our Department. Whether it is Farmers Registration, Community Enterprises, Farmers Housewives Group, Agricultural Volunteers, Young smart farmer, Plant Protection, Disaster Works, Big Plots, Blah Blah Blah
All of this is that we need to know the preliminary information to be able to answer the farmers' questions when all the academics are in the area. 🫠 Oh, there is also a mobile agricultural clinic that we will provide agricultural services to farmers in remote areas. Together with the Ministry of Agriculture in Jung Nam Province, we consider it another very favorite job because we have gone out to serve farmers 🥰.

หลายคนทักมาถามเรื่อง “เงินเดือนข้าราชการกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร” กับ “พนักงานราชการเงินเดือนเท่าไหร่” ขอเล่าจากที่เจอมานะคะ/ครับว่า รายได้จริงของพนักงานราชการจะขึ้นกับ “ตำแหน่ง/วุฒิ/กรอบอัตราเงินเดือนในประกาศรับสมัคร” ของรอบนั้น ๆ เลย บางคนเห็นชื่อหน่วยงานเดียวกันแล้วคิดว่าเท่ากันหมด แต่ความจริงต่างกันได้ค่ะ/ครับ สิ่งที่แนะนำคือก่อนสมัครให้เปิดไฟล์ประกาศรับสมัครแล้วดู 3 จุดนี้: (1) อัตราเงินเดือนเริ่มต้น (2) ค่าตอบแทนพิเศษ/เงินเพิ่มอื่น ๆ (ถ้ามี) (3) เงื่อนไขการต่อสัญญาและประเมินผล เพราะพนักงานราชการจะเป็นสัญญาจ้างตามรอบ ไม่เหมือนข้าราชการแท่งที่บรรจุแล้วเป็นข้าราชการเลย อีกคำถามที่เจอบ่อยคือ “กรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร กองการเจ้าหน้าที่” ติดต่อเรื่องอะไรได้บ้าง โดยทั่วไปงานสายบุคคล/การเจ้าหน้าที่จะเกี่ยวกับประกาศรับสมัคร สัญญาจ้าง การต่อสัญญา เอกสารประวัติ การลา สิทธิประโยชน์ และหนังสือรับรองต่าง ๆ ถ้าเราทำงานระดับจังหวัด บางเรื่องจะผ่านฝ่ายธุรการ/การเงินของสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดก่อน แล้วค่อยส่งต่อส่วนกลาง ดังนั้นเวลาจะสอบถาม แนะนำให้เตรียมข้อมูลให้ครบ เช่น ชื่อตำแหน่ง รุ่นที่บรรจุ วันที่ทำสัญญา เลขที่ประกาศ และประเด็นที่ถามแบบสั้น ๆ จะคุยง่ายขึ้นมาก ส่วนสายค้นหาเรื่อง “ชุดปกติขาวพนักงานราชการ กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์” หรือ “ชุดพนักงานราชการ กรมวิชาการเกษตร” อันนี้แชร์จากประสบการณ์ออกงานพิธีบ่อย ๆ เลยค่ะ/ครับ โดยหลัก ๆ ต้องเช็กก่อนว่า งานนั้นกำหนด “การแต่งกาย” แบบไหน บางงานให้ชุดปกติขาว บางงานให้เครื่องแบบพนักงานราชการแขนสั้น หรือชุดกากี/ผ้าไทยตามธีมจังหวัด ที่สำคัญคือป้ายชื่อ อินทรธนู/เครื่องหมาย (ถ้ามีตามระเบียบของหน่วยงาน) และรองเท้าให้ถูกกาลเทศะ เพราะเวลาไปงานพิธีของจังหวัดหรือไปศาลากลาง มองเห็นชัดมากว่าคนไหนแต่งครบ ถ้าใครกำลังจะเข้ามาทำงานสายนี้ อยากบอกว่า “งานธุรการในกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร” ไม่ได้มีแค่นั่งโต๊ะอย่างเดียว จริง ๆ มีทั้งรับ-ส่งหนังสือ ตรวจเอกสารขออนุมัติเดินทางไปราชการ การใช้รถราชการ ประสานงานอบรม/ประชุม และบางช่วงก็ได้ช่วยงานคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ฯ หรือออกงานพิธีต่าง ๆ ของจังหวัดด้วย ใครชอบงานหลากหลาย ได้เจอคน ได้เรียนรู้ระบบราชการเร็ว ๆ งานนี้ถือว่าสนุกและได้สกิลรอบด้านเลยค่ะ/ครับ
