The phrase "who are you trying to impress?" really hit home for me during my own transformation journey. When I started focusing on myself, whether it was through fitness challenges on #gymtok or creative edits with #CapCut, I realized that the person I needed to please the most was myself—not anyone else. Being a #girlmom added layers of motivation and inspiration, reminding me that confidence and self-love are essential to set a positive example for my daughter.
