I have hunted and hunted for a product to create a beautiful glowy base that isnt Charlotte Tilbury's flawless filter (i love her but im poor). The elf one wasnt my jam either.

I came across the Juvias Place Nubian Liquid Luminizer and decided to give it a shot.
