It is so cooling (hence the name) and it doubles as a moisturizer.

This is very much in the "dupe" category as its VERY similar in concept to Milk Hydro Grip and the ELF Power Grip primer.
While its not SUPER tacky of a primer, my makeup lays on it so nicely. My skin looks blurred and hydrated. It became a staple immediately after the first use lol.

The smell is not your typical sunscreeny smell. Its very light and almost tropical. It blurs your skin in real time and gives you such a smooth refined appearance to your skin. My makeup lays on it so nice and it doesnt get greasy or slippy!
