It’s here… and I’m holding it. 🤍📖

And I have to tell you… this one feels different.

Not just because it’s my second book. But because of everything it took to get here.

When I wrote my first book, I truly didn’t know what I was doing. I was self-taught, learning as I went, figuring things out one step at a time. I wrote the entire manuscript before I even understood how important things like margins, formatting, and layout really were.

And at one point… I almost lost it 🥺

I remember that feeling in my stomach—I thought it was gone. All of it. Every word. Every story. I had to go back through the history just to recover it, and I’ll never forget how close I came to losing something that meant so much to me.

So yes… Book One came out bigger than I ever intended. It didn’t quite match what I had pictured in my heart.

But over time, something shifted.

I realized… it’s actually a keepsake.A place to pause. To write. To reflect.A book that gives you room—not just to read, but to respond.

And that gave me peace.

But this one…this one is what I originally had in mind.

The size. The feel. The flow. It’s cleaner. It’s more settled. And as I’ve already started reading through it, I’m not seeing the things that once frustrated me—I’m seeing growth.

Not perfection… but progress. And that means everything.

Somewhere along the way, I also realized something else…

What I thought was going to be one book…became two…and now, it’s becoming three.

These first books are all connected. Pieces of the same story, just told in different ways. And it won’t be long before the third one follows.

But for now… this one is here.

Echoes in the Valley — Lanterns of Light, “my story”

It’s deeper. More personal.A continuation of the path that began in Book One.

If you’ve already read the first book—thank you. Truly. And if you haven’t yet, both books are available now on Amazon. The easiest way to find them is simply to search my name: Cynthia Scribani.

More than anything, my prayer is this:

That these words find their way into the right hands…the right homes…at the right time.

Because stories have a way of meeting us where we are.

And if even one page speaks to you…then it was worth writing every word.

🤍

... Read moreWriting a book is often a journey filled with unexpected challenges and moments of self-discovery, as Cynthia Scribani shares in her story about 'Echoes in the Valley — Lanterns of Light.' From my own experience, I can relate deeply to the mixed emotions that come with revisiting and revising a manuscript. Like Cynthia, my first attempts were marked by trial and error, learning the technicalities of formatting and layout long after the words were written. One of the most powerful parts of this process is realizing that a book is more than just a collection of pages — it becomes a keepsake, an interactive space that invites readers not only to consume content but to engage with it emotionally and intellectually. Cynthia’s shift from frustration to peace in accepting progress over perfection is such an inspiring mindset, especially for anyone working on creative projects. The fact that 'Echoes in the Valley — Lanterns of Light' is part of a connected trilogy also adds a rich layer of narrative depth. It’s fascinating how a single story can unfold across multiple volumes, each offering a new perspective or deeper insight. Having a series allows readers to accompany the author on a continuous journey of growth, which I find incredibly rewarding both as a reader and a creator. Moreover, Cynthia’s hope that her words find their way to the right hands at the right time captures the magic of storytelling — stories meet us where we are in life, offering comfort, encouragement, or even a new way of seeing the world. If you’re inspired by personal growth, reflection, or narratives that invite you to participate actively, these books could be a meaningful addition to your collection. For anyone contemplating writing their own book or struggling to bring a creative endeavor to life, Cynthia’s experience is a reminder to honor the process, embrace imperfection, and cherish the progress made. Searching for Cynthia Scribani on Amazon is the easiest way to explore these heartfelt works, and I encourage you to dive into this heartfelt journey of light, reflection, and storytelling.
