Additionally, I make sure my workspace has proper lighting to avoid glare, and I adjust my screen’s brightness and contrast to comfortable levels. Staying hydrated and eating a balanced diet rich in vitamins A, C, and E also supports eye health and overall energy. Sometimes, we get so absorbed in our big picture plans that we overlook small but crucial aspects like vision care. By taking proactive daily steps, I manage to stay productive and protect my eyesight at the same time.
