Sometimes when I record these videos or take her to therapy I sit back and think like wow I can’t believe she has to work extra hard and it’s an actual thing we have to deal with but I thank god it’s not anything worst and there will be a time where she can use both hands the same 🤍
Watching my daughter improve little by little has been an emotional journey filled with moments of both challenge and hope. As a parent, seeing her work hard during therapy sessions and gradually getting stronger reminds me just how important patience and encouragement are. Every day, I notice small improvements, like her ability to grasp objects better with her weaker hand or the increased coordination between both hands. It's truly inspiring to witness her determination and resilience. Therapy is not just about physical improvement—it’s also about building confidence and independence. I've found that celebrating these small milestones, like those moments captured in videos where I see her progress, helps both of us stay motivated. My girl is getting better every day, as seen in the phrase I often repeat to myself and hold onto. For any parent going through a similar experience, remember to cherish these small wins and remain hopeful. Consistency in therapy, a loving environment, and endless support can make a significant difference. Holding onto gratitude, even when the journey feels tough, helps in focusing on the positive steps forward. There is a beautiful future ahead where she will likely use both hands with the same ease, and that vision keeps us both moving forward.
