Mind The Gap Coffee offers a cozy atmosphere and a menu that truly stands out, especially with their signature chocolate cherry cordial coffee, which balances rich chocolate flavors with a hint of cherry—perfect for those who enjoy a sweet twist in their cup. I recently tried their white chocolate raspberry scone, and it was delightfully fresh with just the right amount of sweetness and tartness from the raspberries, making it a perfect pairing with the smooth coffee. What sets this cafe apart is their commitment to freshness and quality, as every pastry taste like it was just made that morning. Beyond the food and drinks, Mind The Gap Coffee seems to embrace a friendly and inviting vibe, which makes it an ideal place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. Whether you're into classic brew or adventurous coffee blends, their menu has something to satisfy every palate. For anyone passionate about coffee and sweets, this cafe is definitely worth a visit and has become my new go-to spot for a perfect coffee break.

My friend and I went to The Coach Coffee Shop in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. We live near Trenton, NJ so it was only a 45 minute drive with no traffic. We both had never been here before and it was so cute, the drinks and pastries were really good. I’ll def be back to try their matcha and lavende
