July Goal Reset.

At the beginning of the year, I made a list of goals for myself. Since we are half way through the year I thought it was a good time to stop and reflect what I have achieved and maybe reevaluate where I want to be. Remember these are goals for the year. It’s not set in stone and if I don’t achieve them it’s not the end of the world. BUT I hope I am constantly working towards my goals and making progress to becoming a better me.

1. Get Pregnant and start my little Family.

I found out that I have PCOS about a month ago and now I am feeling a little better. This past year and a half has been hard but knowing all these symptoms I have been struggling with was not my fault made me feel better. Now I’m ready to reset and work towards the goal with the knowledge on how to get there.

2. Work on my health.

About 2 years ago I got off birth control. After that I gained weight. And not just 10lbs. No girl more like 60lbs. I now know that my PCOS has a lot to do with it. So I’m working to see what foods are good for me and working with my Doctor to find a solution.

3. Get closer with God.

After 2020, I lost 5 family members in a matter of 6 months. It hurt my heart so hard. One was my grandmother who had a very strong faith and never strayed. A few months after all the deaths I found a new church and the service was on “when you lose faith” It was such a great service and it made me feel like God has my back.

4. Work on my relationships.

I want my relationship with my Boyfriend, work-relationships, my Family and Friendships to become stronger. I want to surround myself with people who not only love me but support and push me.
