「Pâtisserie D&Co.（パティスリーD&Co.）」は、住宅街にふらっと現れる“おしゃれケーキ屋”という言葉がぴったりでした。外観の落ち着いたグリーンに、店内のライトグリーンの壁とシルバーのロゴが映えて、入った瞬間からテンション上がります。私が行ったときはイートインはまだなくテイクアウトのみだったので、手土産や自分へのご褒美に選びやすいなと思いました。 写真でよく見かける「くまケーキ」（くまの飾りがのったシャインマスカットのショート）は、見た目が可愛いだけじゃなく、果汁感のあるマスカットと軽いクリームのバランスが良くて、最後まで重くならないのが推しポイント。箱を開けた瞬間の“わあ…”ってなる感じ、差し入れにも強いです。 旬の「タルト ミルティーユ（ブルーベリータルト）」は、甘酸っぱいブルーベリーにアーモンドクリームのコクが合わさって、コーヒーと相性抜群。チョコ好きなら「リュミエール」もぜひ。濃厚ガナッシュの満足感が高くて、少し大人っぽい香り（洋酒やスパイス系）がふわっと来るので、甘いだけのチョコケーキが苦手な人にも刺さりそうでした。 「Pâtisserie D&Co. 写真」で検索して来る人向けに補足すると、ケーキだけじゃなく焼き菓子コーナーも充実していて、個包装のフィナンシェやパウンド、サブレ系が棚にずらっと並びます。詰め合わせにしやすいので、初訪問なら“ケーキ1個＋焼き菓子2〜3個”みたいに買うと満足度高め。 アクセス面では、上長尾バス停から徒歩圏で、駐車場が3台あるのが助かりました。ただ台数が少ないので、週末や夕方は埋まっている可能性も。私なら早めの時間（午前〜お昼）を狙います。樋井川エリアで「ケーキ屋さんどこ行こう？」となったら、まず候補に入れたい一軒です。
