「Alchemist カフェ」「Alchemist Tokyo」で探している人向けに、行ってみて感じたポイントをもう少し補足します。 まず場所感。青山通り沿いで分かりやすいのに、店内に入ると意外と静かで“穴場”っぽい落ち着きがありました。ガラス張りの外観でロゴが目印。初めてでも入りやすい雰囲気です。 店内は木の温もりとステンレスの無機質さがちょうど良く混ざっていて、写真を撮っても生活感が出にくいのが嬉しいところ。棚にはコーヒー豆のパッケージやタンブラー（WALLMUG SLEEK／WALLMUG SOLID など）も並んでいて、待ち時間に眺めるのも楽しかったです。コーヒー好きの友達へのちょっとした手土産探しにも使えそう。 ドリンクは、私はアイスカフェラテとアイスブラックを飲み比べ。ブラックはフルーティさと心地よい酸味が前に出て、後味にほんのり苦味が残るタイプで、暑い日でもスッと飲めました。ラテはミルクで角が取れて、豆の香りがふわっと広がる感じ。酸味系が苦手な人はラテから試すと安心だと思います。 混雑を避けたいなら朝〜午前中が特におすすめ。開店直後は空気が澄んでいて、静かな都心カフェを探している人に刺さると思いました。席数は約30席で作業カフェとしても使えそうですが、雰囲気が良いので“短時間でサクッと、でも満足度高く”使うのが個人的に合っていました。 行く前メモ：不定休なので、当日は営業状況を確認してから向かうのが安心です。価格帯は600円〜で、表参道エリアの中では納得感あり。Alchemist Tokyoとして探している方も、店名は「Alchemist Aoyama」でチェックするとスムーズです。
