赤坂の新しいフグレン店舗は、福岡のカフェシーンにまた一つ魅力的な選択肢を加えました。私が訪れた際、まず目を引いたのは内装の温かみ。ノルウェーのヴィンテージインテリアが巧みに配置された店内は、外の喧騒を忘れさせる静かな癒しの空間でした。木製家具の柔らかい質感が落ち着きをもたらし、居心地がとても良いです。 名物のブルーノストトーストは、甘じょっぱいブラウンチーズが濃厚なキャラメルのようで、ハチミツの優しい甘さと融合し一口ごとに幸せを感じました。また、デンマークの伝統料理であるサーモンスモーブローは、見た目の華やかさだけでなく、スモークサーモンの塩味とレモンの爽やかな酸味が絶妙なバランスで、朝食や軽食にぴったりです。 営業時間が長いため、朝早くのカフェタイムや夜遅くのひと息入れたい時も利用しやすいです。赤坂駅からは徒歩12分と少し歩きますが、その分静かで落ち着いた地域に位置しているため、ゆったりと過ごせます。駐車場はありませんが、公共交通機関や徒歩で行くのがおすすめです。 福岡のカフェ愛好家として、このフグレンの新店舗はまさに隠れ家的スポット。ヴィンテージ家具の洗練された空間美と、こだわり抜かれたメニューで、福岡のカフェ文化の幅を広げています。今後も定期的に訪れて、新メニューや季節の味を楽しみたいと思います。
