六本松エリアは近年カフェ激戦区として注目されていますが、「DARUMA COFFEE」は古民家の趣を活かした和モダンな雰囲気が特徴的で、特に落ち着いて時間を過ごしたい方におすすめのスポットです。個人的には 、このカフェのチーズケーキに使われている北海道産無農薬小豆『キタロマン』と鹿児島県津の塩『津の華』の組み合わせが非常に印象的でした。あんこの自然な甘さと塩のほんのりした塩味がチーズのコクを引き立てていて、他ではなかなか味わえない大人のスイーツです。 私が訪れた時は朝8時の開店直後で比較的静かだったため、ゆっくり読書を楽しむことができました。店内は席数が6席と限られているため、静かな環境を好む方には穴場感があります。六本松駅から徒歩7分とアクセスも良く、駐車場はないため公共交通機関の利用が便利です。 カフェ好きの友人にこの店を勧めたところ、コーヒーの香りと餡白-ANHAKU-というオリジナルのメニューにすぐに虜になっていました。今後、季節限定メニューや北海道・九州の食材を活かしたスイーツの新作も期待できそうで、六本松のカフェ巡りには欠かせない場所になりそうです。 六本松で落ち着ける新しいカフェを探している方、和洋折衷のスイーツに興味がある方にぜひ試してほしいお店です。
