私も先日、オープン直後の「Shake Shack 博多店」に行ってきました。店内は想像以上に広く、ゆったりとくつろげる空間で、カジュアルながら高級感のある雰囲気が印象的でした。 一番のおすすめはやはり看板メニューの「シャックバーガー」。ジューシーなパティにフレッシュなレタスとトマト、溶けたチーズが絶妙にマッチしていて、もちもちのバンズが全体を包み込むような食感でとても満足感があります。スモークシャックは少しピリ辛のスモーキーなベーコンがアクセントになっていて、男性に特に人気な理由がよくわかりました。 さらに、ヘルシー志向の方やベジタリアンに嬉しい「シュルームバーガー」も試してみました。3種類のチーズを包んだマッシュルームをフライにしてサンドした一品で、肉を使わないのにボリュームと満足感がしっかりあります。女性客が多いのも納得です。 そして博多店限定の「あまおうシェイク with チロリアン」は苺の甘みとほどよい酸味が絶妙なバランスで、暑い夏にぴったりの一杯でした。また「明太マヨフライ」は、地元福岡の名産である『ふくや』の明太子を使ったディップソースがポテトと合わさり、何本でも食べたくなる美味しさでした。 これからも友達や家族と何度も訪れたいと思うお店です。福岡でNYクオリティのハンバーガーを楽しみたい人には絶対におすすめ。博 多駅周辺に来た際はぜひ立ち寄ってみてくださいね。
