赤坂に新しく登場したオムライス専門店「Sunny Side FUK」は、オムライス好きなら一度は訪れたい注目スポットです。私も何度か訪れて驚いたのが、ただのオムライスではなく贅沢にトッピングされたハンバーグや海老フライのボリューム感。特に半熟オムレツのふわとろ感と、ケチャップライスの素朴な味わいが自家製デミグラスソースや海老トマトクリームソースと絶妙にマッチしています。お店の魅力は選べる4種類のソースで味を変えられる点。毎回違う楽しみ方ができるのでリピートしたくなりますし、友人とのシェアもしやすいのが嬉しいポイント。地元の食材を活かした手ごねハンバーグは肉汁がしっかりしていてジューシー、そして熱々の特大海老フライはサクサクで食べ応え満点です。また、『大人のお子様ランチ』と称される理由のひとつに、ひと皿でオムライスとおかずが一緒に楽しめる贅沢感があります。食べる場所や組み合わせによって味わいが変わり、最後まで飽きずに完食できました。ランチタイムは11:30から16:00まで、水曜定休なので予約前にはチェックが必要。個人的には、付近の赤坂エリアには隠れた美味しいグルメが多いため、食後の散歩もおすすめです。駐車場はありませんが、赤坂駅から徒歩6分なので公共交通機関利用が便利です。価格も800円からとリーズナブルで、満足度の高いランチを求める方にぜひ足を運んでほしいお店です。総じて『Sunny Side FUK』のオムライスは、和洋の良さを兼ね備えた新感覚の洋食。SNSでも話題になるのも納得のクオリティで、これからも注目の赤坂グルメスポットと言えるでしょう。
