Fat Killer Smoothie For A Flatter Stomach Recipe‼️
This one of my favorite smoothies to make!! I lost 10LBS in a WEEK drinking this Smoothie. I love how this smoothie makes me feel fuller longer than any other smoothies. If you want to be adventurous add some spinach or Kale to it. You don’t even taste it in the smoothie and it gives you a fuller feeling all day.
Smoothie Recipe:
🧊 1 Cup of Ice
🥛 1/2 Cup of Milk any milk of your choice.
🍌 1 Medium Banana
1/4 Cup of Rolled Oats
1 pinch of Nutmeg
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 pinch 🤏🏾 allspice
1 pinch 🤏🏾 of cinnamon powder
Optional: a handful of spinach or Kale 🥬
Weight Loss Benefits:
Rolled Oats: High in fiber and complex carbohydrates for sustained energy and satiety.
🍌Banana: A good source of fiber and potassium, but also higher in calories. Consider using half a banana.

My Meal Plan (Daily Food Intake):
Breakfast:
Have one of the Smoothies ( I have different weight loss smoothies daily) ⬆️
Snack: Apple 🍏, Nuts 🥜, Carrot Sticks🥕 , Celery Sticks, Almond Butter or Trail Mix
Lunch: I have one of Smoothies options above ⬆️ ingredients (I switch the smoothies I make)
Dinner: I have Salmon 🍣, Veggies 🥦, sweet potato 🍠, salad with chicken with all the works. You want to make sure you keep your dinner at 450 calories.
‼️🕑 You don’t want to eat too late. You want to finish all your meals by 7pm. It helps to keep your body on a consistent schedule.
