Easy Chickfila Nuggies at Home

Ingredients to make Chicken:

- Buttermilk

- PickleJuice

- Chicken

- Flour

- Paprika, Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Salt

- Vegetable Oil

Step 1: Chop raw chicken into chunks and place into a baggie and add pickle juice and buttermilk just until its cover a little past the chicken, place into fridge for 6-8hours.

Step 2: Heat oil over stove (needs to be at 350 degrees to fry the chicken in)

Step 3: While waiting for the oil to reach correct temperature, drain the marinade out of the bag and place chicken chunks into a bowl that has flour, paprika, garlic salt, pepper, & salt mixed together. Completely coat the chicken in the flour mixture. Place coated chicken onto a rack (shake off excess flour)

Step 4: Place a small batch of chicken (5-8 pieces) into the oil. Move around the chicken to ensure even golden brown color on all sides. Remove from oil when completely golden brown or until chicken reads 165 degrees on meat thermometer.

Step 5: Place nuggies onto a paper towel covered plate to remove excess grease.

Step 6: Dip Nuggies into fav sauce and enjoy!
