Hey there! 👋

I’m Clair, a mom of two wild and wonderful boys, and I’m so excited to share this space with y’all! Life has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but I’m on a journey of self-discovery, working on my mental and physical wellness, and finding myself again after getting lost in the chaos of motherhood.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with depression, anxiety, and self-doubt. I’ve also battled with being overweight my whole life. Add two kids to the mix, and let’s just say things got even harder. But I’m still here, putting in the work, one small step at a time.

This journey has inspired me to build She Continues On, a business focused on helping women like me find their way again. Through content and digital products, I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned about the powerful connection between physical and mental health. My goal? To help you feel empowered to prioritize you. 🌟
