Todays Antique Book Companion

For Todays Antique Book Companion, I have an unusual one. This is a copy of Edgar Allan Poe's The Gold Bug, published by Little Leather Library, however!! (Pause for effect). This isnt an example of their actual leather binding, you can see an example of that on my Alice in Wonderland post. Someone with skill rebound a copy of The Gold Bug, in what research tells me is called Library Binding. Ive not been able to figure out who did it, where it came from, or why.
