... Read moreIf you’re a fan of Thai cuisine or just craving an authentic culinary adventure without leaving Singapore, Bangkok Loft 111 is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere captures the lively street food culture of Bangkok, which adds an engaging backdrop to the meal. From my experience, what really stood out was the balance of flavors — the spicy, sour, and umami notes combined expertly in each dish, showcasing how Thai cooking celebrates complexity. One of the highlights has to be the Spicy Tom Yum Seafood Soup; it was bursting with aromatic spices and fresh seafood that were delightfully comforting and energizing at the same time. The Grilled Pork Collar was incredibly tender and smoky, paired perfectly with the refreshing and crunchy Papaya Salad that brought a needed zest to the palate. The Thai Beef Noodles were hearty and well-seasoned, evoking the feel of street vendors in Bangkok. Another interesting point to note is how the chefs emphasize freshness, sourcing quality ingredients to retain the depth of flavor. This dedication really pays off in every bite. Also, the portion sizes are generous, making it a great spot for group dining or sharing multiple dishes to sample a variety of flavors. Located at 111 King George’s Avenue, Bangkok Loft 111 is also easily accessible for those around the city and offers a cozy yet vibrant vibe that encourages leisurely meals. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which helped in deciding on dishes to try for first-timers. For anyone looking to explore Thai cuisine beyond the usual pad thai and green curry, this place offers an excellent range that stays true to traditional tastes while bringing in a fresh perspective. Whether it’s a casual dinner or a small gathering, Bangkok Loft 111 offers both an authentic and memorable Thai food experience in Singapore.

Cute dim sums always taste of disappointment 🥲
🤭 I wasn’t intending to post this so forgive the lousy visuals. Decided to talk about them because it’s quite rare to find dim sum that’s both cute and good. It’s non traditional. So if you still like your traditional dim sum, skip this place. 📍 Mansion 7 30 Maxwell Road 01-03 Singapore 0
