They don't want you to read these 24 books

Honestly what this week has taught me about book banning is any book can get be banned if anyone has a problem with it.

I said in the comments that a parent tried to get a text book banned while I was in high school but that wasn't the full story. The parent tried to get the book banned so they could buy the teacher copy of the new book because the original text book company didn't sell the teacher book unless you showed proof. Honestly it still shocks me it almost worked.

These 24 books have been banned or challenged so now I challenge you to tell me how many of them you have read. I have a bonus challenge if you can tell me why you think they've been on the chopping block.

I’ve read about 16 of them, crank was a really good book despite the very sad aspect of it. Good read just very realistic about the type of scene she was in.

I’ve read giving tree Alice n wonderland a light in the attic scary stories to tell in the dark Charlie and the chocolate factory little house in the big woods great gatsby Fahrenheit 451 1984 all as a kid or in school. I bought and read This Book is gay just earlier this year
