there's a difference between being ALONE vs being LONELY - you could be perfectly content by yourself, but you could also be the loneliest person in the world in a room full of people
the key is acknowledging your feelings! once you realize that you feel lonely, it helps to recenter thoughts on self-care and doing comforting actions (for me, this is watching "sex and the city" or "gilmore girls", and cooking a nice warm meal!)
i think it's a superpower to be able to enjoy your own company!
